Please note that all delivery times refer to working days (Mon-Fri) and refer to the time from We endeavour to deliver all products within the estimated delivery time, however as it just an estimate, we cannot always guarantee delivery within the stipulated time. Stock permitting, all orders placed on the web are usually despatched to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.received
Full payment for our products is due at the time of purchase.
We currently only distribute our products within the United Kingdom.
We hope you are very happy with your purchases and they form a wonderful keepsake for your recipient. However, should you wish to return products ordered, see the terms below:
Please use the Returns Form which is included with your order. Post the goods back through your local post office (the cost will be for your account) and request proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for lost goods. Any returns should be made within 14 days of the despatch date printed on the receipt. Please note we can refund only non-personalised goods. Should you wish to return a package with personalised goods, you will be refunded the cost of the goods, minus the cost of the personalised bodysuit/s at a cost of £9.99 each, where the reason for return is not that the item is faulty.
Returning personalised items
We do not refund personalised goods as we are unable to resale these. However, we are happy to replace any faulty personalised goods within 14 days of the despatch date printed on the receipt. All returned items need to be unworn and undamaged. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and, no later than 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that it may a few days for this refund to show on your credit or debit card.
Accuracy of information on the site
The price of the Goods shall be the price confirmed by us at the time the order is placed. While we try to ensure that all prices in our catalogues and on our website are accurate, errors may occur. Should we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. Should we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods and the order is subsequently cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Using voucher codes
Unless specified otherwise:
- The voucher can only be used once.
- This voucher is valid for full price items only.
- Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
- The discount cannot be applied retrospectively.
- There is a minimum spend equivalent to the value of the voucher. i.e. if you have a voucher
- Vouchers will always exclude shipping costs.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts in the same order.
- No cash alternatives will be given for the value of this voucher.
Our Liability to you
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law.
